Hi there,
Im working with rat. I need to determine the changes in the vas deferens fluid due to the inhibition proses on the protein transporter that play a role in vas deferens fluid regulation. I did perfusion in the vas deferens and the perfusate contain fluid that mimicking the vas deferens fluid enviroment with inhibitor of protein of interest. Since the rat is alive and my perfusate also contain electrolyte mimicking the vas def fluid, how can i differentitate with the normal fluid without perfusate? I run control with the same perfusate. Tq.
