Hey all,
We’ve been breeding some Advillin-ChR2 mice by cross Advillin-Cre x Ai32. Multiple litters from different parents have been small and sickly, with many of them dying. It seems to be genotype specific, since the Cre(-) littermates are normal. Anyone seen this before?
