What kinds of cameras are people using?

Our lab uses a Sony 4K camcorder. I’ve also used my iPhone 6S with 240 fps for slow-motion and now I’m going to use a GoPro Hero 5 on a tripod for slow-mo as well.

Various groups are doing high speed (1000 fps) recording. Is anyone doing that and what kind of camera are you using?

We also use GoPro cameras for slow mo stuff. Works great. For our normal behavioural testing (at regular speed, and quality of image isn’t as great) we use Sony HD HandyCams.

GoPro on a tripod is really nice!
