# In Vivo Extracellular Recordings in Mouse Dorsal Horn - Anyone done it?

I’m thinking about trying some field potential recordings in mouse DH. It seems like it’d be an approachable method to grossly measure electrical activity in the spinal cord from peripheral stimulation. Does anyone have any experience with this?
I found this paper, which looks like what I’m wanting to do:

Have you tried in vitro spinal cord slices to perform extracelluar recording (field potential)?
