# Intraplantar HSV for DRG neuron transduction

Has anyone tried to do DRG infection from the paw using HSV? I had some success using the HSV from MIT, but I’m having a hard time with the Cre-dependent versions I’m now trying. If anyone has experience using these viruses from MIT, or similar, please chime in.
