Hi everyone! I’m looking for Cre mouse line recommendations\*\* for comprehensive peripheral nerve labeling. My goal is to cross Cre mice with fluorescent reporters, then perform tissue clearing and whole-body peripheral nerve imaging using light-sheet microscopy.I need broad PNS coverage (sensory, motor, autonomic) . Currently considering Prph-Cre and Uchl1-Cre, are there any better choice?Any experience with similar cre mouse in tissue clearing experiments? Other suggestions? Thanks for your help!

Advillin Cre could work for DRG and I believe sympathetics. Pirt1 Cre labels DRG but not sure if it labels sympathetics. Chat-cre for motor neurons…

Wnt1-Cre would get you all neural crest (sensory and autonomic). I don’t think there is a good Pan PNS. You might needle a doubel reporter, like a Wnt1-Cre and Chat-Flp or something.
I’ve seen people use Thy1-GFP but it’s definitely not everything. See stuff from Ertuk lab
