Does anyone have experience using digital PCR who can describe pros and cons between digital and real-time machines?
I haven’t tried. What’s got you thinking about this? Did you decide to do this?
No, we decided to go with a real-time machine that can multiplex Taqman assays. dPCR is very expensive, it does provide absolute quantification but usually we just need fold change data.
