I would like to tell you the good news that I have achieved excellent results in skin tissues fixed to slides using proteintech’s PGP9.5, both methanol acetone method fixation and zamboni fixation. I also tried the floating slice method and I wonder if I don’t have a good tool and always lose the slides. Good luck!
