Can anyone recommend a good NPY antibody that works on DRG neurons? Validation images from your experiments would be great. I’ve tried the NPY ab from Peninsula and I got nonspecific binding everywhere. Used at 1:1000 concentration in a standard PFA-fixed frozen section.
