A federally funded postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Jeffrey S. Mogil at McGill University.

The ideal candidate will be a recent Ph.D. graduate with a relevant background in neuroscience, psychology, and/or animal behavior. Ongoing studies in the laboratory range from social modulation of pain experiments in humans and mice (in parallel), development of new assays and measures of pain, sex differences in neuroimmune modulation of pain, and evaluation of novel pain-related genes. Candidates interested in any of these lines of research are welcome to apply.
