Has anyone had success using lentivirus on adult primary DRG cultures for transgene infection?
I would be shocked if someone hasn’t done this, although I can’t think of a paper offhand. I did just happen to come across this study using lenti in embryonic neurons (PMID: 27486387), I realize that isn’t that helpful for adult. Of course, AAV and HSV both seem to work well for adult DRG.
